Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using 10XDocket.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

1. ABOUT 10XDOCKET

10XDocket.com ("Platform") is an AI-powered litigation intelligence platform operated by Upload Stock LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). 10XDocket.com is a wholly owned subsidiary brand of Upload Stock LLC. The Platform provides litigation support tools for licensed attorneys, law firms, corporate legal departments, government agencies, and other legal professionals across all 50 states, all federal districts, and all U.S. bankruptcy courts.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including solo attorneys, law firm members, corporate legal teams, paralegals, and enterprise subscribers.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

10XDocket provides AI-powered litigation intelligence across 58 modules organized into three practice areas:

Defense Mode (22 modules) — including Defense Builder, Cross-Claims & Counterclaims, Plaintiff Intelligence, Case Strategy, Bankruptcy Intel, SOL Calculator, Demand Letter Generator, Judge Intelligence, Motion to Dismiss Analyzer, Settlement Calculator, Opposing Counsel Intel, Discovery Builder, Contract Scanner, Court Research, Mediation Prep, Appeal Intelligence, Expert Witness Analysis, Evidence Checklist, Jury Intelligence, Multi-Jurisdiction Comparison, Case Timeline, and Legal Reference Center.

Offense Mode (20 modules) — including Cause of Action Builder, Complaint Assistant, Damages Calculator, Emergency Relief Analysis, Venue Selector, Pre-Suit Investigation, Offensive Demand Strategy, Class Action Analysis, Case Valuation Engine, Lien & Subrogation Analyzer, Civil RICO Builder, Arbitration Strategy, Post-Judgment Collection, Attorney Fee Recovery, Whistleblower & Qui Tam Analysis, Multi-Defendant Strategy, Appeals Offense, International Litigation, Structural Injunction Builder, and Reputation & PR Strategy.

Criminal Mode (16 modules) — including Criminal Defense Builder, Federal Sentencing Analyzer, Suppression Motion Builder, Plea Agreement Analyzer, Bail & Bond Strategy, Grand Jury Intelligence, Constitutional Violations Analysis, Cooperation Strategy, Asset Forfeiture Defense, White Collar Defense, DUI/DWI Defense, Drug Offense Defense, Violent Crime Defense, Post-Conviction Relief, Expungement & Sealing, and Criminal Evidence Challenges.

10XDocket is a litigation support tool and does not constitute the practice of law. All output generated by the Platform must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed supervising attorney before use in any legal proceeding.

4. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years of age, be a licensed attorney, paralegal, legal professional, law student, or authorized agent of a legal organization, and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.

5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PAYMENT

10XDocket offers six subscription tiers:

• Solo — Civil Litigation — $399/month (1 user, Defense + Offense modules, 3-day free trial)
• Solo — Criminal Defense — $399/month (1 user, Criminal modules + Legal Reference Center, 3-day free trial)
• Solo Attorney — Full Access — $499/month (1 user, all 58 modules, 3-day free trial)
• Firm — $799/month (up to 5 users, all 58 modules, unlimited reports, 3-day free trial)
• Litigation Pro — $1,499/month (unlimited users, all 58 modules, demo required)
• Enterprise — Custom pricing from $3,000+/month (organization-wide, API access, white-label deployment)

All plans are billed monthly. A valid credit card is required. 3-day free trials are available for Solo and Firm tier plans. You will be charged at the applicable rate at the end of the trial period unless you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as set forth in our Refund Policy. Upload Stock LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Platform to engage in any unlawful activity, scrape or harvest data in bulk, share credentials with unauthorized users, reproduce or resell Platform output without written authorization, interfere with Platform infrastructure, or use AI-generated content without attorney review and verification.

7. ATTORNEY WORK PRODUCT

All reports, analyses, and outputs generated by 10XDocket are intended to constitute attorney work product when used by or at the direction of a licensed attorney. Users are responsible for ensuring proper work product protection under applicable law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, technology, algorithms, workflows, and materials available through 10XDocket.com are the exclusive property of Upload Stock LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal legal practice. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Upload Stock LLC does not warrant that AI-generated content, court records, or legal analysis are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. All output requires independent verification by a licensed attorney.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upload Stock LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upload Stock LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

Upload Stock LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
