Account Information: Name, email address, law firm or organization name, bar number (optional), phone number, and billing information.

Usage Data: Modules accessed, queries submitted, reports generated, login times, IP addresses, browser type, and device information.

Case Data: Facts, case details, and legal information you enter into the Platform to generate intelligence reports. This information may constitute attorney work product and is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

Payment Information: Credit card data is processed by our third-party payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

Communications: Any messages, support requests, or correspondence you send to us.

4. CASE DATA & ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE

Case data is processed solely to generate the requested intelligence report and is not shared with third parties. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable bar rules regarding client confidentiality when entering case information into the Platform.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with service providers who support Platform operations (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics), when required by law or court order, in connection with a business transaction with notice to affected users, and within the Upload Stock LLC corporate family for operational purposes.
