REFUND POLICY

10XDocket.com operates on a subscription basis. Please review this policy carefully before subscribing. We encourage all prospective subscribers to utilize our 3-day free trial before committing to a paid plan.

1. GENERAL POLICY

All subscription fees paid to 10XDocket.com, operated by Upload Stock LLC, are non-refundable except as expressly outlined in this Policy.

2. FREE TRIAL

Solo — Civil Litigation ($399/month), Solo — Criminal Defense ($399/month), Solo Attorney — Full Access ($499/month), and Firm ($799/month) plans all include a 3-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your card will be automatically charged for the first month. Litigation Pro ($1,499/month) and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans do not include a self-serve trial — a scheduled demo is required prior to subscription.

3. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

4. ELIGIBLE REFUND CIRCUMSTANCES

Upload Stock LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate Charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error
• Platform Unavailability: The Platform experienced documented downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to factors within our control
• Unauthorized Charge: A charge was made without your authorization and you notify us within 5 business days

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued for forgetting to cancel before the trial ends, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, failure to use the Platform during a paid period, changes in your practice needs, third-party data availability issues, or account suspension due to Terms of Service violations.

6. ENTERPRISE PLANS

Enterprise plan refund terms are governed by the individual Enterprise Service Agreement executed between Upload Stock LLC and the subscribing organization.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@10xdocket.com with your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
