Upload Stock LLC recognizes that legal professionals routinely work with confidential, privileged, and sensitive information.
Customer Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all documents, pleadings, contracts, discovery, exhibits, and other information uploaded to the Platform.
Upload Stock LLC claims no ownership interest in customer content.
Limited Processing Rights
By using the Platform, customers authorize Upload Stock LLC to process uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing Platform services, including:

OCR processing;

AI analysis;

Matter Vault organization;

Docket Brain processing;

report generation;

workflow automation.
No customer content is processed for advertising purposes.
Confidentiality
Upload Stock LLC maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Access to customer information is limited to personnel and service providers who require such access to operate and support the Platform.
Attorney-Client Privilege
The Platform is designed to assist legal professionals.
Customers remain solely responsible for determining whether use of the Platform is appropriate for privileged or confidential materials under applicable law and ethical obligations.
Nothing in this Policy constitutes a guarantee that attorney-client privilege or work-product protection will apply in every circumstance.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may utilize third-party cloud infrastructure and service providers to deliver functionality.
Such providers process information only as necessary to provide Platform services.
Data Retention
Customer data is retained in accordance with Platform settings, subscription status, applicable legal obligations, and operational requirements.
Upon account termination, customer content may be deleted following applicable retention policies unless otherwise required by law.
Security
While Upload Stock LLC implements commercially reasonable safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Customers should maintain appropriate backups of important materials and follow their own organizational security policies.
