We recognize that legal professionals routinely work with confidential, proprietary, and highly sensitive information. 10XDocket does not store complete payment card information.

Unless expressly authorized by the customer:

Customer-specific legal content is not used to train proprietary AI models.

7. Matter Vault™ Security
Documents stored within Matter Vault™ remain associated with the customer's workspace.
Access is limited to authorized users within the applicable organization or workspace, subject to account permissions.
Customers are responsible for managing user access within their own organizations.
8. Monitoring
To help maintain Platform security, we may monitor:

Service availability

Suspicious or unauthorized activity
Monitoring is performed to protect Platform integrity and improve security.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers play an important role in protecting their accounts.
Users should:

Protect login credentials.

Enable multi-factor authentication if available.

Limit account access to authorized personnel.

Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
10. Security Incidents
If we become aware of a security incident affecting customer information, we will investigate the matter and take reasonable steps to contain, mitigate, and remediate the issue.
Where required by applicable law, affected customers will be notified.
11. Third-Party Services
10XDocket integrates with third-party services that support Platform operations, including hosting, payment processing, and infrastructure providers.
Each provider maintains its own security practices and policies.
While we carefully select our service providers, Upload Stock LLC cannot guarantee the security practices of independent third parties.
12. No Absolute Security Guarantee
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Although we employ commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect customer information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Customers acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when using the Platform.
13. Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have identified a potential security vulnerability involving 10XDocket™, we encourage responsible disclosure.
