The Platform provides litigation intelligence, document analysis, legal research assistance, workflow automation, and AI-assisted drafting tools for licensed attorneys, law firms, corporate legal departments, government agencies, legal support professionals, and other authorized users throughout the United States.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

The Platform is intended to assist legal professionals. All AI-generated content must be independently reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed attorney before being relied upon or filed with any court, tribunal, or governmental agency.

4. Eligibility

You represent that you:

are at least 18 years of age;
have authority to enter into these Terms;
will use the Platform only for lawful purposes; and
if using the Platform on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind that organization.

5. Subscription Plans

10XDocket currently offers subscription plans including:

Solo Litigation
Litigation Pro
Global Pro
Enterprise (Custom)

Features and pricing are displayed on the Platform and may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Applicable free trial terms, promotional pricing, and billing schedules are disclosed during checkout.

6. Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance using the payment method provided during registration.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of access.

Except as required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, subscription fees are non-refundable.

7. Customer Content

You retain ownership of documents and information you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Upload Stock LLC a limited license necessary to host, process, analyze, index, and display that content solely for providing the Platform's services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload such materials.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

violate any applicable law;
upload malicious software;
interfere with Platform operations;
attempt unauthorized access;
reverse engineer the Platform;
share accounts beyond your licensed users;
use the Platform to generate unlawful or fraudulent content;
misuse AI-generated output without appropriate professional review.

9. Attorney Review

All Platform output is intended as an attorney-assistance tool.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

Users remain solely responsible for:

legal strategy;
legal conclusions;
court filings;
client advice;
compliance with applicable rules of professional responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, software, workflows, algorithms, designs, trademarks, trade dress, reports, and underlying technology are owned exclusively by Upload Stock LLC.

These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with your subscription.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Maintenance, upgrades, outages, third-party failures, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPLOAD STOCK LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upload Stock LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Upload Stock LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and agents from any claims arising out of:

your use of the Platform;
your uploaded content;
violation of these Terms;
violation of applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

non-payment;
fraudulent activity;
misuse of the Platform;
violations of these Terms;
conduct that threatens Platform security or other users.

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation procedures described in your account.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will become effective upon posting or as otherwise communicated to registered users.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
